1 · Using this site
You're welcome to browse, use the demo dashboard and book a call. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, extract data through automated means, or use it to send unsolicited or abusive content.
2 · The demo dashboard
The interactive dashboard on this site runs on generated sample data for demonstration purposes. Figures shown there are illustrative and describe no real company's performance.
3 · Bookings
Booking a call creates no contract and no payment obligation. We may need to move a slot occasionally; if so we'll contact you at the email address you provided. You can cancel or reschedule at any time by replying to us.
4 · Case studies and reference builds
Case studies describe systems we have built, with client names and commercial details withheld by agreement. Content marked reference build is a worked specification published to show what a build at that tier contains, and does not describe a specific client engagement.
5 · Engagements
Any project we take on is governed by a written proposal setting out the deliverables, price, timeline and payment schedule. Where that proposal conflicts with anything on this website, the proposal wins. Pricing shown here indicates typical starting points and is not a binding quote until confirmed in writing.
6 · Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to OrbData Technologies. Work produced for a client under a signed proposal transfers to that client on final payment, as set out in that proposal.
7 · No warranty on general information
Articles, guides and general information on this site are provided in good faith for information only, and are not professional advice for your specific situation. Decisions you make based on them are your own.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for website use is zero. Liability arising from a client engagement is addressed in that engagement's proposal.
9 · Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version.
