Five stages, clear deliverables at each one, and a fixed price agreed before any build work starts. You'll always know exactly where the project is.
We ask what you're trying to build, where your data lives today and who touches it. You'll leave the call with a straight answer on whether a website, a system, or both are worth building for you — including "not yet" if that's the honest answer.
You send sample exports or screenshots. We assess what's connectable, what's missing, what's duplicated, and what a system could realistically produce from it. You receive a written assessment whether or not you go ahead.
A defined deliverable list, a dated milestone plan and one fixed price. No hourly billing, no change-order surprises. If the scope changes later, we quote the change separately before doing it.
We build in weekly increments with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress every week and steer it while it's cheap to steer. Feedback rounds are included in the price.
Your system goes live. You receive the code, the data, written documentation, a recorded walkthrough and the hosting accounts in your own name. Then a support window while your team settles in.
Roughly two to four hours across the whole project: the discovery call, sending sample data, one or two feedback sessions on demos, and the handover walkthrough. We deliberately design the process so the build doesn't become another job for your staff.
Weekly demos exist precisely so that never happens as a surprise at the end. Revision rounds are included in every tier. If the first sprint demo shows we've misunderstood the brief, we correct it at our cost.
Half on acceptance of the proposal, half on launch. No payment is due for the discovery call, the data audit or the proposal itself.
Yes, before we receive anything sensitive. We also default to working with anonymised or sampled data during the audit stage wherever it's technically possible.
Every project includes a post-launch support window, sized to the build rather than to what you paid. After that you can either run it yourself — you own everything — or take the optional monthly care plan, which costs the same for every client.
And you'll get a straight answer either way — including whether you should wait.
