Pricing

Every project is priced on its own.
Starting from ₹15,000.

The price is built from what you actually need — how many pages and dashboards, how many capture portals and data sources, how many people use it, and which modules are switched on. Nothing else moves it. Build your own estimate below in about a minute, then we confirm it in writing on a free call.

Our one rule on price

Same standard on every project.

Worked examples

What those numbers actually buy.

Same rate card, three real shapes. These aren't packages to pick from — they're what the components add up to at three common sizes.

Larger or more unusual than any of these? That's fine — it's quoted the same way, on its own merits.

Price it yourself

The price is just the parts, added up.

Pick what you're building — a website, a data system, or both — then set the numbers. Pages, dashboards, portals, sources, team size and which modules you need. The figure moves as you go, on the same rate card we quote from.

What every single project includes.

This list does not change with the size of the invoice. It is what we do, not what you bought.

    What the money actually buys

    Price follows scope, never service.

A bigger budget buys more system — more sources, more screens, more modelling. It does not buy better work, faster replies or more of our attention. Those are fixed.

    What changes with budget

      What never changes

Optional, and the same for everyone.

You own the system outright at launch and it keeps running whether or not you take this. The care plan exists for teams who would rather not think about it — and it costs the same whether your build was ₹15,000 or ₹3,00,000.

Cancel any month. No notice period, no exit fee.

        Pricing questions

        The awkward ones, answered

Because a fixed list would either overcharge the simple projects or underdeliver on the complicated ones. Two businesses asking for "a dashboard" can be a week apart in work. We'd rather spend thirty free minutes understanding yours and give you a real number than sell you a box that half fits.

No — and this is the part we care most about. Same person builds it, same weekly demos, same documentation, same handover, same response time. The smaller project is smaller in scope, not in standard. If we ever couldn't do that honestly, we'd tell you the project isn't a fit rather than take the money and cut corners.

How many places your data currently lives, how messy it is, how many people need to use the system, how many screens and reports you need, and whether any modelling or prediction is involved. Nothing else — not your company size, not your industry, not what you look like you can afford.

Only you asking for something outside the agreed deliverable list. If that happens we quote the addition separately and you decide before we build it. The original figure never changes retroactively, and there is no hourly meter running.

Half on accepting the proposal, half on launch. Nothing is due for the discovery call, the data audit or the proposal itself. UPI, bank transfer or card — whatever suits you. GST invoice provided.

Hosting, which is typically free to a few hundred rupees a month depending on scale, paid directly by you in your own account. The care plan is optional. There is nothing else — no licence, no per-seat fee, no renewal.

Not automatically. Tell us the number on the call. Sometimes the honest answer is that a system isn't worth building for you yet, and we'll say so — that's a better outcome than a rushed build neither of us is proud of. Sometimes the scope can be narrowed to something genuinely useful within your budget.

Half the fee is due only at launch. If the first sprint demo shows we've misread the brief, we correct it at our own cost. And if the free audit shows a system genuinely isn't worth building for you, we tell you that before you've paid anything.

Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. You'll leave with a realistic figure and an honest view of whether it's worth building at all.
